Privacy policy

The short version

This site exists to show you our scrimmage vests and point you to Amazon. It has no user accounts, sets no advertising cookies, and runs no third-party trackers. The only personal data we collect is what you type into the team-order form — and we use it only to reply to you.

Who we are

SportsRepublik LLC is a US company registered in Wyoming. We sell sports training equipment — primarily scrimmage vests — through Amazon.com. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Team & bulk order enquiries

If you submit the form on our team-orders page we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), the colors, sizes and quantities you are interested in, and your message. We use this information for exactly one purpose: preparing and following up on your quote. It is stored in our order-enquiry database (hosted on Supabase, on infrastructure located in the United States) and is accessible only to the business owner. We do not sell it, share it, rent it, or add you to any marketing list. If your enquiry goes nowhere, you can ask us to delete it and we will.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and debugging. These are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Purchases

We do not sell directly on this site. If you buy our product on Amazon, your purchase is governed by Amazon’s privacy notice; Amazon does not share your personal purchase details with us beyond what is needed to fulfil and support orders.

Amazon Ads API & Login with Amazon

We advertise our products on Amazon and use Amazon’s Advertising API, authorised via Login with Amazon (LWA), to manage those campaigns. Through these tools we access advertising data about our own account: campaign settings, spend, and aggregated, anonymised performance metrics. We do not receive, store, or process Amazon customers’ personal information through the Ads API. Advertising data is used solely to operate and improve our own advertising, is retained only as long as needed for that purpose, and is never sold or disclosed to third parties. Our use of these services complies with the Amazon Advertising API data protection policies and the LWA agreement.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable analytics in the future it will be a cookieless, privacy-preserving service (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics), and this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA, or the EU under the GDPR) you may have additional statutory rights; we honour deletion and access requests from everyone regardless of jurisdiction.

Children

Our vests are worn by kids; our website is for the adults who buy them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and its effective date. This policy applies to sportsrepublik.com and sports-republik.com, which are the same website.
